ABOUT ME
Writer. Editor. Tutor.
Hi, I'm Tara (she/her)! I'm an avid reader (especially of YA lit), a coffee maniac, and a full-time dog lover. I live in Chapel Hill, NC with my two puppers, Evie and Ollie, and I currently work as an Editorial Coordinator with BookBaby, a self-publishing company.

A little about my education: In 2020, I graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a BFA in Creative Writing, a Minor in English, and a Certificate in Publishing. Here, I interned with several literary magazines and a book publisher to expand my skills and understanding of the industry. In 2019, I attended the NYU Summer Publishing Institute, where I learned directly from publishing professionals and completed various book and magazine projects in the heart of New York City.

My goal is to publish creative content that makes a positive difference in both the publishing community and the lives of our readers.
